In recent years, with the widespread use of the Internet, the number of online rumors has been increasing continuously, causing great damage to the reputations of enterprises and individuals. In order to prevent online rumors and protect the image and interests of enterprises, we hereby issue the following initiative to all employees: 

1. Actively resist online rumors. Please carefully verify the authenticity of the online information. Do not forward or spread the rumor information. If you discover a rumor, report it to the relevant authorities promptly to jointly maintain a healthy online environment. 

II. Strengthen information management. Each department of the enterprise should enhance the management and review of internal information, establish a screening mechanism before releasing information, and prevent the spread of rumors due to improper management. 

III. Enhance media literacy. Please all of you continuously improve your media literacy, enhance your ability to discern information, use the Internet correctly, and avoid being misled by rumors. 

IV. Do not spread false information. Please keep a clear mind, think rationally, and do not believe or spread unverified news or information, as it may have a negative impact on the reputation of enterprises and individuals. 

V. Abandon deception and falsehood, and eradicate false rumors. Uphold cyber law and order. Anyone who deliberately distorts facts, fabricates and spreads rumors, or disrupts social order shall promptly report to the police. The police will strictly handle such cases in accordance with the law. 

VI. Strengthening Publicity and Education. The enterprise will carry out publicity and education through various forms to enhance employees' vigilance and resistance against online rumors, and strengthen their awareness of safeguarding the enterprise's reputation and interests.
